You can see the full "Additional Contact" record for the names under the Contacts Tab simply by double-clicking on the name you want. You seem to be under the impression that there is more to see than the screen that pops up, but there is not. And you cannot filter those names. What you see is what you get. _________________ Bob Taylor

You are not going tro be able to "Filter" additional contacts. GoldMine's filters work for the Contact1 and Contact2 tables. As Bob Taylor indicated, the additional contacts are in the Contsupp table. You can, however, get the information you want by using SQL Queries. In GoldMine go to Lookup > SQL Queries then press the F1 key for more help. _________________ Bob Gannett

I think you may have an industry template, or something else that is custom. About the only thing I can think of with GoldMine would be something using Record Typing, but there is not enough information to know whether that would be appropriate.
My best answer is to use a GoldBox View designed to do exactly what you want to do. See my web site for more information on GoldBox Views. _________________ Bob Taylor

The first question that comes to my mind is, "Why don't you use the Contacts Tab?" What other information (customization) do you need to store with those contacts? Maybe you should enter each person as a primary contact then connect them through the Organization Tree (also called the Org Chart).
You may also want to consider Following Bob Taylor's suggestion of GoldBox Views - a very powerful addition to GoldMine. Also, depending on your needs, you may want to consider using GoldMine's Details enhanced by Details Plus (www.solica.com).
We need more information about your needed customization before we can give specific advice. _________________ Bob Gannett
