we are in GM 6.7 and writing and replying to an email the size keeps getting smaller is there any way to set this and keep it at a size?

FrontRange is closing these forums sometime today, so anything you post probably won't get much response at this point. A lot of people are going to
http://www.castellcomputers.com/contactreview/phpbb2/index. which is another GoldMine forum. or you could try the Frontrange community (there's a link to that in the header above the forum).

as far as answering your question goes, search this forum for "email template" and you should get several archived posts that will get you in the right direction. This site will be available for searching for several months at least, and it has a lot of good info if you're willing to dig for it.
