ii have an application built that will do a heat alpha search for the customer id of employees. the customer id is their active directory domain account which is unique. it is generally first initial and last name. in order to create a ticket users need to enter their cust id/domain logon. when the search finds a match based on the user input it finds the match before the entire cust id is entered so then they get a message saying invalid selection. is there any way to control the alpha search so that that does not happen?
